No, our necklace chains do not tarnish upon contact with water or sweat. They are made of European stainless steel and then plated for colour, this material is tarnish resistant and does not fade easily. You can wear our necklaces every day, worry-free!

Add your order to cart, go to your cart page and below your order listing there will be a button that reads "Add a note to your order". Yes! If you have your own specific design for your jewellery in mind, you can make an offline custom order by direct messaging us on our Instagram page. Offline custom orders start from RM 220. Visit instagram.com/maiggis

Although our necklaces and bracelets are tarnish resistant, we strongly advise you to avoid contact with water to preserve shine and longevity. This can include not wearing your jewellery in water, during exercise and when using cleaning products, lotions or perfumes. These chemicals can cause tarnishing. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.

Most of our products are handcrafted and incorporates real dried flowers so no two items will look the same. Please allow variations in shape, size and color due to the fact that all real flower pieces are one of a kind items, due to each flower, leaf or petal being slightly different. The colors may also vary due to different monitor settings.

Maiggis accepts payment via online banking for Malaysian orders and PayPal for international orders.

Unfortunately, once check out is complete and your order has been confirmed we are unable to make any amendments. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

For all jewellery there is a processing time of 2-3 weeks as most items are made to order. This means there will be a rough wait of 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped.
