Returns & Exchanges


Unfortunately, Maiggis has a no exchange policy due to the fact that most products are made to order and personalised to the customer.


If you find that your product is faulty upon receiving, you will be eligible for a return and refund provided that you meet the conditions below.


  • You are only eligible for a return if your product is faulty/defective/broken upon receiving and no other reason.
  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging)
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns for verification purposes.
  • If you do not contact us with the matter of return within a period of 5 days upon delivery of your items, you will not be eligible for a return and refund.
  • Items must be returned in 21 days from delivery date. You will not be eligible for return if you exceed this time frame. 
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Maiggis if the item is:

  • (a) faulty or defective upon your inspection of items upon receiving.
  • If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to receive a Maiggis E-gift card of equivalent value to the item, we will happily give you a gift card.
