Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Unfortunately, Maiggis has a no exchange policy due to the fact that most products are made to order and personalised to the customer.
RETURN POLICY:
If you find that your product is faulty upon receiving, you will be eligible for a return and refund provided that you meet the conditions below.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- You are only eligible for a return if your product is faulty/defective/broken upon receiving and no other reason.
- Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging)
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns for verification purposes.
- If you do not contact us with the matter of return within a period of 5 days upon delivery of your items, you will not be eligible for a return and refund.
- Items must be returned in 21 days from delivery date. You will not be eligible for return if you exceed this time frame.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Maiggis if the item is:
- (a) faulty or defective upon your inspection of items upon receiving.
- If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to receive a Maiggis E-gift card of equivalent value to the item, we will happily give you a gift card.
